TART NANGKA



Assalamualaikum & salam sejahtera..tak semena-mena tayang kuih tart ni kenapa ekkk?Alkisahnya akak teringin betul nak makan tart nangka tapi tak de pun orang share kat google resepi tart nangka.Ini baru betul-betul SECRET RECIPE..kan!



Rupanya tart nangka ni ada sesetengah tempat kat Terengganu ni dipanggil tat kampung..padan laa akak cari resepi tak ada.Ada yg kata tat ni mcm roti ..isk..isk..isk..lagi ler membuak2 keinginan nak makan tart nangka ni.nasib baik kak ayu bagi nangka masak semalam..dapat laa buat jem walaupun tak sampai setengah cawan :)..dah sikit..hangus pulak masa nak keringkan jem ni...huwaaaa.Ambil juga laa yg sikit2 tu asalkan lepas gian nak merasa tart nangka.

Layan resepi tart nangka versi moden sebab old version tak tau..hihihih


Tart nangka

Kulit Tart
2 cawan tepung gandum+ 2sudu besar tepung gandum
140gm marjerin sejuk
3/4 cawan air ais.

Ramas gaul marjerin dan tepung gandum sampai jadi serbuk roti.Tambah air ais sikit demi sedikit hingga tepung bersatu.Uli hingga sebati dan simpan dalam peti sejuk 10 minit ke 20 minit.Akak letak semalaman dalam peti sejuk sebab dah malam..malas nak gentel & tenyeh kulit tart.

P.s->tambah lagi tepung kalau adunan lembik sangat.Akak tersangat rajin so masuk semua dalam food processor saje...hihihi>pastu terap laa ikut suka..nak bulat ke lonjong ekk!.Bakar sekejap tart shell tu ya.Kalau nak rapuh boh minyak sapi sikit ya!.nak manis boleh ikut resepi Alex Goh (tart shell utk tart cheese blueberry tu..uols google aje ya!).Pastu bakar lagi tart yg dah boh inti tu selama 20- 30 minit.

Resepi Jem nangka

Bahan-bahan
1 kg buah nagka masak- kisar halus
350gm gula pasir
15 sudu tepung sagu-akak tak letak pun.
1 cawan air

Cara membuat
Masakkan nangka dengan gula sehingga mendidih.
Bancuhkan tepung dengan air kemudian campurkan dalam nagka dan kacau sehingga jam pekat.
Tutup api dan biarkan sejuk

Sue..tat ni banyak kat belah terengganu ni tapi akak tak pernah beli pun..kalau nak beli kena cari kat pasar dungun atau pergi bekah k.tganu.
