Hari PertamaKu-22hb

Akak dah mula sejak semalam diet atkins ni..minta kawan2 doakn ler agar akak berjaya ekk..huhuhu..Berat badan pagi semalam 57.6kg..akak amik oat buah-buahan,telur 1/2 masak dan teh tanpa gula (500ml)..Pastu buat workout 1/2 jam utk kuorkan peluh2 + minum air lagi 500ml..

Sementara nak nunggu tengahari tu..mengunyah ler buah-buahan..Lunch pulak akak goreng telur mata + kacang foul.Untuk makan malam..akak mkn b4 7pm..g makan mee sup (tak aci ni...heheheh)..malam akak buat workout lagi sejam laa pulak + 1000ml air.

Karang hapdet lagi ekkk...harap hari ni dapat habiskan 3 liter air..

akk dua kali ganda berat naemah. dah lama tak timbang sbb ngeri. haha... mkn mmg bercatu tp bila umur dah naik 40an payahnya berat nak turun. huahua... serah aje pd Allah mana yg baik. hehe...

Nak diet jugalah...tapi seru tu asyik tertangguh aje. harap naemah berjaya dan ira follow nanti. nanti nak baca web tu dan baca betul2...hati sebenarnya dah lama terkobar2 cuma buat je tak

Assalamualaikumwbh kak Ct....mmm working out in reducing wt ye...Alhamdulillah good. :) Good jugak kalu kak ct in advance record awal2 BMI kak then, b4 and after...

In between jika nak exercise, pastikan stretching b4 and after workout for cardio, bg elakkan terkehel or kurangkan sakit2 lenguh badan.

For those who are looking forward to reduce wait selain jg makan, increase body metabolism through exercise, tido not less than 5hrs and minum yg cukup.:) Exercise can be done 5times-6 times per week tgok atas workout which shall reach individual heart rate exercise...:)

Just a simple thought....the same Ayu share ngan fitness members....Good Luck!!

Ira..nak ber'ATKINS' tapi kantoi laa pulak..karang hapdet balik apa yg boleh & tak boleh dlm ms 2 minggu pertama ni.
