mulanya verangan yang kerabu ni siram atas ikan kerisi tapi fikir2 kang orang lain nak makan juga so cancel buat ikan berkerabu mangga..esok buat utk diri sendiri aje..hehehe

haa.. korang abaikan aje perisa tambahan yg ada atas kepala ikan tu..ada chef kecik yg rajin boh susu pekat manis atas ikan kerisi sweet sour akak arini..nak marah ada..nak gelak pun ada..padan muka akak..sape suruh tak alih tin susu tu..wakakakak..mujur kene bahagian kepala aje..orang tua pesan jangan makan kepala ikan ..nnt benak.

**notakaki:- ada telur dadar tp tak display sebab tu lauk wajib ada..hehehe

Jangan terkejut ekk!..bukan dapur akak yg malatop@meletup tapi red velvet tu yg memang sahih dah lama kebabom!!..vass!! bang boom bang!!!..akak baru try tadi..rugi rasanya lambat menerai resepi ni.

Bukan ape..banyak resepi yg nampak cam susah bebenor pd mata akak ni (ala..klu malas tu ckp aje ler malesss..khennnn)..Mujur ada en.google yg rajin menolong...akak cari resepi kek red velvet yg paling senang sekali..tak payah tulis byk2 step..kang akak gak yg konfius.

Red Velvet Cupcake -kredit to fp kak rusnah

1 1/2 cups butter, softened to room temperature*
2 cups sugar or less
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt (yg ni akak buat buttermilk aje)**
3Tbs. red food coloring
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract*
3 1/4 cups flour
3 Tbs. cocoa powder
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour two 8-inch or 9-inch cake pans or line three muffin pans with cupcake liners.

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Combine yogurt, red food coloring and vanilla extract in a small bowl. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt in another bowl. Alternate adding the yogurt mixture and flour mixture into the large bowl. Pour batter into prepared pans or lined muffin pans. Bake for 30-35 minutes (15-20 minutes for cupcakes) or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely.


** 240 ml buttermilk (240ml susucair + 1 tsp cuka, biarkan 10 minit) **

Frosting:

Butter roux:

3 tbsp gandum
1cawan gula (akak guna gula icing)
1 cawan butter
1 cawan susu segar
1 tsp vanila
** 3 keping cheddar cheese**:-akak tambah sbb nak bg rasa cheese sket
Kaedah:
1. masukkan tepung ke dalam sedikit susu, kacau rata. Kemudian tambahkan lebihan sus, kacau sebati.
2. Masakkan susu + cheddar cheese sehingga agak pekat. Sejukkan.
3. Pukul butter, gula hingga gebu. Masukkan susu tadi. Kacau. Anda akan dapat tekstur seperti whipping cream.
